Gia Stone – Trade Sales Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Gia Stone supplies stone materials exclusively to fabricators, contractors, builders, and trade professionals. We do not sell direct to homeowners.

Scope of Services
Gia Stone is a stone distributor only. We do not provide fabrication, installation, or construction services.

Material Condition & Natural Variation
All stone materials are sold as-is. Natural stone varies in color, movement, veining, and texture. Photos, samples, and prior selections are for reference only and do not guarantee exact appearance.

Inspection Responsibility
Customers are responsible for inspecting material prior to pickup or upon delivery. Acceptance constitutes approval of material condition.

Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided following consultation and availability confirmation. Full payment is required prior to release of material unless otherwise approved in writing.

Pickup & Delivery
Responsibility for material transfers at the point of pickup or confirmed delivery (see Pickup & Delivery Policy).

Storage & Holding
Paid material may be held for a limited period as communicated at time of sale. Unclaimed or abandoned material may be subject to storage fees or resale without liability.

Returns & Claims
All sales are final. Claims must be submitted in writing prior to material use. No claims will be accepted after fabrication or installation.

Limitation of Liability
Gia Stone’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the material supplied. Under no circumstances shall Gia Stone be liable for labor, fabrication, installation, delay, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
All transactions are governed by the laws of the state in which the transaction occurs.
