Pickup & Delivery Policy

Pickup by Customer or Carrier
Customers may arrange pickup using their own transport or third-party carriers. All carriers must be properly insured and equipped.

Forklift Handling
Forklift loading is provided for standard slab handling. Specialized rigging or non-standard handling may incur additional charges.

Delivery Coordination
Delivery may be coordinated when available. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Transfer of Responsibility
Responsibility for material transfers:At pickup: once material is loaded and releasedAt delivery: once material is offloaded and delivery acknowledgedGia Stone is not responsible for damage occurring after transfer.

Missed Pickups / Delays
Failure to collect material within the agreed timeframe may result in storage fees or release of material without further notice.
